Founded in 2025, Nepa Wears is a kitchen-wear and chef-gear brand designed in Nepal and established in Australia. We build for chefs, baristas, bakers and everyone else who spends a full service on their feet.
It started with two working chefs. Pradeep Shrestha spent more than ten years in hospitality, seven of them as a qualified chef in Australia, working up to Head Chef and completing a Master's degree in Hospitality along the way. Aryan Adhikari has been a professional chef in Australia for over four years. The two had already worked together for four years before they started the brand.
The gap they set out to close was easy enough to name. Premium hospitality gear was expensive, and the affordable alternatives didn't last. So the range sits deliberately in between: premium cotton canvas aprons with reinforced stress points and metal hardware, lightweight breathable polyester chef jackets that come out of the dryer ready to wear, and a VG10 Japanese Damascus steel knife set into a reinforced bolster with a hardwood handle.
Nepa Wears is the first hospitality brand with a proudly Nepalese identity in the Australian market. The goal is to be a trusted name in Australian hospitality within three years, to open a first retail showroom in that same window, and eventually to take the range past kitchen apparel into uniforms for other professional industries.
Designed for professionals.
